then android logo appears then touch home present on phone then Hard reset button appears!!

I have micromax doodle A111...but since one month i have problem in mic....when i call to someone he cant hear me because there occurs mic problem......there comes frequent disturbance in call.....m worried please give me solution to solve my problem

DeleteMy canvas doodle has problems with the power button. It restarts right after I lock the phone. Not a major problem though but I'd rather like it sorted. Help?
