Note:

Before hard reset make sure to backup your all data from phone. You can backup it by phone itself or by using third party apps.

Because after hard reset the phone data will be deleted and wont back.

Hard reset steps:

1. Turn of phone

2. Press and hold together “Power + vol down + vol up” as shown in figure.

3. A recovery menu appear

4. Then select wipe/ factory reset by using vol keys.

5. Then choose “format all user data”

After format of phone

6. Choose reboot.
