Ø  Press volume up or + button  and hold HOME button
Ø continuing process 1 with pressing POWER/LOCK buttons together
Until Android Reset Screen Appeared!
Ø  Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset & ok!

    which model do u have?
    In some phone you have to press vol down button in place of vol up! try it you can!
