1.    

            RESET THE PHONE USING *2767*3855#
THEN  SKIPPED SETUP WIZARD AND DIRECTLY SWITCHED ON WIFI AND FINALLY IT WORKED...MAIN THING WHAT  HAVE TO DO  IS SKIPPING SETUP WIZARD (ENTERRING OF GOOGLE ID AND PASS).... try above more method, sometimes have repeat the same process 2 or 3 times ….100% working.

2.       resetting WI FI  driver using code *#*#526#*#* if it  not then also try software called wififixer,fix my wifi etc

3.       Make sure your WiFi proxy is blank to change it open the following path

Menu > Settings > WiFi and networks > WiFi settings >Use menu button (The one on the left of the home button) >Tick advanced >Tick "Proxy" >Make sure there's nothing written there
