Battery Back-Up problems:
Nowadays smartphone comes with larger battery but its drains
very fast, this is common problem problems for all users, for this you can use
your phone in inbuilt power saving mode to increase battery efficiency.

Mobile Service to your location, they will exchange your battery with new one,
from date of six month of purchase.
Charging/ Charging Problem:
This is another problem for Elite E10, if your battery don’t
increase on charge, show plug/unplug
message continuously.
First I recommend you to use Colors charger only to charge.
Charger test :- Press
*#37*# > chooses item test > select charger test > plug the charger
> check the current > if current show 600/700/800 then charger is ok if
show below then charger have the issues then contact nearest service center to
replace.
Software problem / App Error :
For this issues your phone need sw update, contact your
nearest service center.
